What to expect on your scheduled visit

I understand you may be nervous not only about leaving your pet with a ‘stranger’ but having someone else in your home.

This is why I require a no obligation, free, meet and greet to all new clients.

At this meet and greet your pet will get to meet me, you can ask any questions and I will get a feel for your pets individual needs. 

I understand no two pets are the same, whether they are friendly, boisterous, fearful or shy, I will respect their space and give them the time they need to decide if I am a good fit to care for them.

If you and your pets decide I am a good fit we will discuss your required schedule, you will get an option of a ‘time window’ so you will know what time your pet will have company each day.

At this time we will also discuss any extra TLC your pet may require. If your pet has medication or special needs, we will schedule this meet and greet time around when they normally have this so you can show me what is needed.

Daily time windows are:

7am-10am/10am-1pm/1pm-4pm/4pm-7pm

On each visit is, to clean all single-serve bowls and dishes, refilling them so that new food is placed on the bottom and yesterday’s food, if not spoiled, will go on top. 

The area around the food bowls and cat litter boxes will be swept if possible and any messes cleaned up.

Upon request I will bring your mail in, water any indoor plants and turn lights on/off or curtains opened/closed to give a lived in look if you would like. 

I will also send you updates and pictures daily if you request this at our initial meeting.

I want your time away from home to be a relaxing one knowing that you left your home and pet in the best possible care. While I cannot replace you as the primary caregiver, I want you to feel comfortable knowing that you are working with professional pet sitter who will watch out for your pets and your home just like you would if you were home.
